Is it legal to open a cannabis club?
Cannabis associations rely on the right of association, but they operate within a framework the courts have been narrowing. The difference between a safe club and a criminal risk lies in how it is set up and how it works on the inside. That is where we work.
How many people do you need to open a club?
At a minimum, a founding group of three people (President, Secretary and Treasurer). They can be EU citizens or foreign nationals with a valid NIE.
